Jungsik Dang is a clear picture that dreams do come true. The culinary world is not as easy as you think. There are many great chefs, fancy restaurants, discriminating taste to please and so on. Looking back on our culinary school days, we thought that we will be working at famous restaurants with michelin stars. We did. But there was problem, the disenchantment that comes with it created a void in our career life. We lost the spark. So having Korean backgrounds, we created a restaurant of our own.
